# Thai Community Moderator (Remote)

Aiden Labs is seeking a **Thai Community Moderator** to lead, grow, and support our Thai-speaking community. This is more than just moderation — we're looking for someone who can spark conversations, organize local campaigns, host events, and collaborate with our international team.

### 🎯 Role Overview

* **Position:** Thai Community Moderator
* **Type:** Remote, Flexible (Mostly online)
* **Location:** Thailand (Preferred)
* **Team Language:** Thai & English
* **Availability:** Rotational shifts including evenings & weekends

### 🛠️ Responsibilities

* 🌱 Welcome and guide new Thai-speaking community members
* 🛡 Monitor chat and voice channels; enforce community rules using moderation tools (mute, ban, bots)
* 🤝 Handle conflicts and address concerns with empathy and professionalism
* 🎉 Plan and execute Thai-specific online/offline events, AMAs, contests, and campaigns
* 🗣 Post **2–3 daily shill posts** in Thai across key platforms, recording links in the assigned Google Sheet
* 📊 Submit **weekly reports every Friday** with engagement metrics, community feedback, and insights
* 🌐 Communicate fluently in **Thai** with the community and in **English** with the internal team
* 🔁 Work rotational shifts — including weekends and special events

### 🧑‍💼 Qualifications

* ✅ Proven experience moderating Thai-speaking communities (Discord, Telegram, etc.)
* ✅ Strong communication in **Thai (native or fluent)** and **English (working proficiency)**
* ✅ Experience hosting AMAs, events, and running engagement campaigns
* ✅ Skilled in conflict resolution and managing community dynamics
* ✅ Familiar with Discord moderation tools, settings, and bots
* ✅ Able to work flexible hours including weekends or nights as needed
