You may access Services via your authorized wallet and understand that access is restricted to wallet owners. You are responsible for securing your account and must notify us of unauthorized access immediately. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us for assistance.

• Access Rights: You have a non-exclusive right to use the Services according to these Terms, and we retain all rights to the Services, including intellectual property.

• Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.

• Restrictions: You may not misuse the Services, reverse-engineer any part of them, use output to develop competing models, use automation to extract data, or misuse Services for commercial purposes without our consent.

• Third-Party Services: Transactions may involve third-party services which are governed by their terms. Aiden is not liable for third-party products.

3. Content

You are responsible for any input and output (“Content”) you generate using the Services. You own the input you provide, and Aiden grants you rights to the output, provided you adhere to these Terms. Content must comply with applicable laws and Aiden’s guidelines, and Aiden is not liable for errors or issues related to Content.

4. Fees

• Billing: Fees are charged as per the pricing terms on the platform, payable in U.S. dollars. Non-refundable fees are final upon transaction completion.

• Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes and ensuring your account registration information is current.

• Price Changes: Fee changes take effect 14 days after notice, except for legal or ancillary reasons, which apply immediately.

• Disputes: Contact us within 30 days for fee disputes. Late fees may result in service suspension.

5. Confidentiality, Security, and Data Protection

• Confidentiality: You may not share Aiden’s nonpublic information with third parties, except under specific conditions.

• Protection: You must secure your account and immediately report vulnerabilities. You accept responsibility for maintaining your account security.

6. Risks

Using Services involves risks associated with digital assets, which are highly volatile. Aiden is not responsible for price fluctuations, losses, or damages, nor does Aiden provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

7. Indemnification and Disclaimers

• Indemnity: You will defend and hold Aiden harmless against claims arising from your use of the Services.

• Disclaimer: The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Abu Dhabi, UAE, waiving the right to a jury trial and class action. Exceptions include individual claims in small claims court.

9. General Terms

• Relationship: Aiden and users are independent entities.

• Severability: If a portion of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains effective.

• Amendments: We may update the Terms, and continued use after changes imply acceptance.

• Communications: You may receive promotional emails from us but can opt-out at any time.

• Export Controls: The Services must not be used in restricted areas or for prohibited purposes.

10. Legal Compliance and Age Requirement

• Legal Compliance: You acknowledge that any actions or use of the Services in connection with illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Aiden Labs is not responsible for any misuse of its Services, including but not limited to engaging in activities that violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Age Requirement: The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must discontinue use immediately.
