General MOD

Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Moderator to support and grow Aiden Labs' community across platforms. Beyond moderation, this role requires creativity and proactive engagement, including event creation, content contribution, and ensuring clear communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome, guide, and assist new community members

• Monitor chats and voice channels, ensuring a positive, safe environment by enforcing community guidelines using moderation tools (mute, kick, ban, bots)

• Resolve conflicts and address community concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Collaborate closely with the team on community initiatives, policy updates, and support the planning and execution of online and offline events, AMAs, and campaigns

• Create 2-3 daily shill posts about Aiden Labs, tracking all posts and links in the assigned Google Sheet

• Provide weekly community reports every Friday, summarizing engagement, key metrics, and insights with the team

• Communicate effectively in English for announcements, responses, and community conversations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with online community moderation, preferably on Discord, Telegram, or similar platforms

• Experience or interest in supporting online or offline events, AMAs, contests, or community engagement campaigns

• Excellent written communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Conflict resolution skills with an empathetic and professional approach

• Familiarity with Discord settings, moderation tools, and bots

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and flexible hours

Position Type: Remote, with flexible availability. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required during events or peak activity periods.
